Introducing Betsy, one of the sweetest bears we have come across at Pongo’s… With the softest long blonde mohair, Betsy is a German bear from the 1950’s, fully jointed, and firmly stuffed with woodwool.  Betsy retains about 80% of her mohair, having a few patches here and there – mostly on her much-cuddled tummy!  Her pawpads and claws are fully intact, although her velvet pads are worn now.  Betsy has amber and black plastic eyes, and original facial stitching.  She is 16” long (including ears!) and still has her growler, which gives a short growl sometimes, when she feels like it!  Betsy will arrive wearing her vintage embroidered cotton gown, and hand-knitted cardigan.
