How to Purchase

When viewing the pictures of the bears that require a new home, located on the
"Home page", you can click on any Bear to see further pictures and a detailed description. When you have chosen the next Bear to join your Hug, you can click on the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the secure payment page on the PayPal website. If you already have an account with PayPal, you can login with your usual customer details, and purchase in the normal manner.  If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry you can still purchase via the site in the same secure way, all you need do is select the "Don't have a Paypal account, click here" method. This is a very simple procedure that requires only your Contact details and your Payment method (either debit or Credit Card), after filling in the details and completing the transaction you will receive an email from
PayPal confirming your purchase and a receipt for the Bear you selected. Any problems click on the button below to "Contact Us".
There is NO Charge for this transaction by either PayPal or ourselves.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or Lay-away, please email us and we will send you the details.

Terms & Conditions

Prices quoted include post by Royal Mail Standard Parcels & Insurance.
If you require your bear to be sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (this is a Next Day, by 1pm service), then there will be an extra charge for this service, please email if you require this. If you require Special Delivery on a Saturday, then there is a further supplement (in addition to the "Special Delivery" charge) for this option. (This only applies to UK mainland customers. All other destinations please email and request the information.). All non-UK sales will be sent out by "International Signed For", the extra postage cost will include insurance.

In the event of a non-delivered parcel, we will contact Royal Mail, and request that it be investigated. Royal Mail currently state that we must wait "15 working days from the due delivery date", before a package is considered missing. We will liaise with the Post Office during this period, and pursue the case until, either the parcel is delivered or deemed lost. Once the parcel is deemed lost by the Post Office we will claim from the Post Office and refund the full cost of the bear to our customer.

All orders are normally processed & despatched within 24 hrs.
Payment is only excepted in pounds sterling. Paypal is preferred, but we will accept cheques (Please email for details), we also have a Layaway scheme.

Any custom charges that may apply to delivery outside the UK are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The colours of the Bears may vary slightly to the colour shown on this web site, every effort is made to give an accurate picture but due to the photographic process this can sometimes happen, if you require further pictures of any bear please email and ask. click on the button below to "Contact Us".

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide, and have sent many bears to every corner of the world. The prices we quote are including delivery to" UK MAINLAND ONLY", for all other destinations please email to check what the extra price will be. The International price will include signed for on arrival and insurance of the bear you have chosen. click on the button below to "Contact Us".

Returns Policy

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with the Bear they receive & the service we provide.  With this in mind, we make every effort to describe our bears in the best possible manner, but if any customer feels that the bear they have received has not been described correctly, or disappointed in any way, then they are fully entitled to return the bear for a refund. The customer must advise us immediately if they wish to return the bear, and return it to us in the same condition as received within 7 working days. The full cost of the bear, minus the original postage costs will be refunded. The cost of returning the bear will be the customer’s responsibility, please ensure that you send the bear by a signed for service with appropriate insurance. We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.
