Freya is an 18", 1930’s Chad Valley Magna with just a little blonde mohair left.  All her pawpads have been covered in a dark green fabric, and her left arm is shorter than it should be, which suggests a nasty accident at some time in her life.  Freya is fully jointed, and firmly kapok-filled.  She has some amateur repairs here and there, but her facial stitching appears original.  She has amber and black glass eyes, which may be the originals.  Freya does have both ears under her hat!  Despite being in a much-loved (and worn) condition, Freya is a pretty and charming ted whose only wish is to provide quiet companionship for the rest of her days.  She is wearing a vintage cotton, broderie-anglais-trimmed dress, cotton jacket, hat, “pearls”, and a vintage `St. Moritz’ brooch – perhaps a souvenir of a happy holiday?
