Kitty is a 15” Chad Valley Magna of the early 1930’s, who has been very well loved indeed!  She has only tufts of her blonde mohair left, here and there, and no pawpads at all on 3 of her paws (hence the bootees and mitten!)  Kitty has 1 original pawpad left, but this is holey… she has 3 claws on this paw, but we don’t think they are original.  She is fully jointed, filled with kapok and woodwool.  Her glass eyes look like replacements, but her facial stitching is original.  Despite her wear and tear, Kitty is a real cutie, and she’s all ready for bed with her flannelette nightie (with kitten pattern, of course), vintage crocheted bootees, mitten, and embroidered Edwardian vintage bib (for any honey spills…)  Kitty will be bringing her teddy with her, who snuggles up in bed with her every night!
